Make time to take care of yourself

Making regular massage a priority

Do you exercise once and expect to get in shape? Do you eat healthy for one day and expect to lose weight?

Then why would you get a massage once and expect to feel your best?

  1. You must take care of yourself before you can take care of others

-You cannot help others if you yourself, cannot breathe.

Have you ever flown? Do you remember the flight attendant going over the safety instructions in case of an emergency? They always instruct passengers to put the oxygen masks on themselves first before helping others.  I believe its the same way in your daily life. You must make sure you take care of yourself in order to be there for others.

-You cannot be your best if you are not taking care of yourself.

You get tired, achy, cranky, and you feel downright burned out. You must make time for your health and wellness and make feeling better a priority.

Think about a your typical day. Are you irritable? Distracted by pain anywhere in your body? Are you rushing through tasks and interactions with family members in order to get to the couch or bed quickly in the evenings?

-Would you like to feel your best?

Would you like to focus more on each moment, in each interaction throughout the day and be more present and active in your life? Then, make time to take care of yourself.

Treatment Plans that fit your lifestyle

-Even if you only have 15 minutes

Finding time is a huge barrier for anyone seeking to add regular massage sessions to their schedule. I understand! Between work, kids, exercise, and all of the many things that are squeezed into our day, both planned and unplanned, scheduling a massage is way on the bottom of the list of things to do.

I’ve developed treatment plans ranging from 15 minute sessions to 60 minute sessions, so you can schedule regular massage sessions and take charge of how you feel.  Recharge, renew, refresh your body and mind. Get rid of the aches and pains that haunt your day.

Feel better and be better.

3. How we can work together to help you feel your best

I look forward to meeting you and working with you!
